Executive Director

Allison stepped into service as APHON’s Executive Director in 2023. She is a recognized association management professional with 30-plus years of experience working with industry leaders across six continents. Under her leadership, her team was recognized with an ASAE Power of A Summit Award, and she has been honored as a Smart Women in Meetings Industry Leader. Allison believes in the power of associations to serve individuals and move industries forward. She has served twice as the president of the American Marketing Association Chicago and recently served on Association Forum’s Professional Practices Committee. She has volunteered with the American Society of Association Executives, Service Club Leaders Conference, Convention Industry Council, Joint Meetings Industry Council, U.S. Travel Meetings Mean Business Advisory Council, and The Podcast Academy. Allison is business author and avid podcaster who loves working with membership communities.
