The 2024 APHON Conference & Exhibit event will once again offer an in-person and a virtual option. This event serves as a wonderful way to grow your professional knowledge and secure Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) hours. Students will again be offered a special access rate.
In-Person Registration
The in-person registration fee will provide access to:
- Conference App and digital networking
- Keynote and general sessions
- Education breakout sessions
- APHON Annual Business meeting and luncheon
- Access to the exhibit hall and passport prize program
- Access to the poster presentation hall and online digital format
- Ability to sign up for pre-conference education
- Ability to sign up for Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Instructor Program (this will take place at the hotel pre-conference)
- Ability to sign up for sponsoring partner Symposiums and meals
- Access to livestream sessions if you choose not to attend in-person
- Post-event access to recorded education sessions through December 13, 2024
Virtual Registration
The virtual registration fee will provide access to:
- Conference App and digital networking
- Livestreamed activities and sessions:
- Keynote and general sessions
- Education breakout sessions from one select room
- APHON Annual Business meeting
- Access to the poster presentation online digital format
- NEW: Eligible for a virtual prize drawing for at-home attendees
- Post-event access to recorded education sessions through December 13, 2024
Will the virtual option and in-person option cost the same?
If you have ever planned for an event, you know that the technology and audio-visual needs associated with running a quality live stream experience has a high-price associated with it. While our at-home attendees will not receive some items such as coffee breaks, bags and other experiences offered in Salt Lake City, they will have the ability to view and engage in real-time through the time the on-line program closes on December 13, 2024. Thank you for your understanding in this.
All attendees are encouraged to register online in advance, but walk-up registration will be available each day of the event.
Cancellation terms will be published with the registration fees and information.

International Attendees
If you are an international attendee and need support with a USA visa invitation letter, please register for the event and then contact us at info@aphon.org. Our APHON Membership Team will assist you with the appropriate documentation. Note, all international travelers are encouraged to secure travel insurance that includes medical coverage. Note: APHON cannot be responsible for your special needs while you are visiting the United States.

Health and Safety
In the interest of attendee health and safety, APHON and MCI are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for conference attendees.
APHON conference attendees should agree to and understand the specific risks of attending an in-person event. APHON and MCI are not liable for illnesses or other medical issues arising from voluntary attendance. APHON staff, conference attendees, exhibitors and any others in attendance are to follow COVID-19 safety procedures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the State of Utah, and any other governing Federal or local government agencies.
By registering for the event, you are releasing APHON and MCI, staff, vendors, partners, employees, and attendees (“APHON”) from all claims, demands, damages, costs, or liability arising from or relating to my participation in this event. You agree to forego all right to sue APHON and MCI for any reason related to or arising from your participation in an APHON 2024 event.
This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES AND RECORDINGS
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, APHON meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to APHON for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
