We love our nurses—and we know you do, too!
APHON is asking patients and families to express their gratitude by recording a video or by writing open, heartfelt letters to their nurses. These videos and letters will be featured on APHON’s website and shared on social media to let everyone know how much your nurse means to you!
The nitty-gritty
- You can record a short video expressing your gratitude to your nurse(s) from our website
- You can share photos, just make sure you submit a release form with it so we know we have your permission
- Letters can be submitted anonymously
