General Refund Policy

The Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses is unable to provide refunds or accept returns on APHON books, courses or any physical or downloadable products. Please double check your cart before finalizing your purchase.

APHON Books, Courses and Resources – Refund Policy

Once a book, course or any virtual or downloadable product is purchased from the Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses (APHON), all sales are final. APHON does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason, including, but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content or purchasing error.

APHON does not distribute its official books to third party vendors such as bookstores, online marketplaces or any outside vendors. Books can only be purchased directly from APHON.org or from your APHON verified course instructor

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please reach out to the APHON Education Team: education@aphon.org and a member of the team will work on a resolution.

APHON Membership – Terms and Refund Policy

The Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses (APHON) does not process or provide refunds on membership dues purchases. Your investment is good for one year after the purchase date. We understand situations arise where a member may request a refund in which case we ask that you reach out to the APHON membership team: info@aphon.org. Please make sure to check out the abundance of resources and discounted products and courses available to you throughout the year as part of your membership benefit.

Invoice and Payment Policies

If you or your institution requires an invoice, please reach out to education@aphon.org. Invoices requests for less $500 will incur a $25 processing fee. Products and courses are not fulfilled and delivered until payment is received in full.
