2024 Provider Renewal Opens Soon
Current Pediatric Chemotherapy/Biotherapy providers whose status expires December 31, 2024 will be able to renew their provider status October 1– December 16, 2024. The provider renewal program will close at 11:59pm Eastern Time on December 16, 2024.
You must be logged in to access the renewal product. Our systems have been upgraded. If you haven’t logged in since June 1, 2024, please select the “Sign In” button and select “Forgot Password” to reset your password and reactivate your account. The renewal fee must be submitted online using a valid credit card by adding the product to your cart and completing the checkout process. Submitting payment may take a few seconds, please only hit the button once.

After purchase, to access the renewal exam, make sure you are logged in using your provider status associated account. The exam will be under, My Courses in the ACE Center. The renewal PDF content and a link to the renewal exam will be available in this area.
It is highly recommended providers review the 2024-2026 Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Renewal Information Packet prior to starting the exam.
You may log into the renewal system and view the downloadable PDF content as often as you like until you are ready to take the exam.
Post Exam:
You can find your updated provider card by doing the following:
- Log in to your APHON provider status associated account
- Click on “My APHON” to access your Provider Card and account Dashboard (This is a both a clickable button and a drop-down menu. You need to just click “My APHON”)
- You will promptly see a copy of your card with your updated expiration date available to print (NOTE: you must complete the Renewal Evaluation before your Provider Card will update.)
You can location your Renewal Completion Certificate by doing the following:
- Log in to your APHON provider status associated account
- Hoover on “My APHON” and then use the drop-down menu to click on “Transcript.”
- Locate the 2024 Provider Renewal Exam under “Course” and click on the Certificate Ribbon () to generate your completion certificate containing your Nursing Contact Hours.
