Your name would be shared with other candidates who express interest in running for elected positions and who request the name of other potential candidates.

You may withdraw your intention to run for an elected position at any time as long as it is done so in writing 30 days before the election opens. Submission of this form does not grant placement on the final election ballot presented to the APHON membership; APHON reserves the right to include or not include any candidate for any reason. The APHON Leadership Development Committee will contact you with the candidacy application and further instructions upon receipt of the contents of this form.
