APHON Working with an association management company, MCI USA
APHON’s operations are professionally managed by an association management company. An association management company employs professionals who manage the day-to-day operations of a professional organization. While the management company oversees a range of services including administrative support, customer service, technology platforms, tax and accounting, APHON members volunteer their expertise in leadership roles that are focused on the mission and vision of APHON.
In early 2023, the APHON Board of Directors vetted multiple association management companies and MCI USA was selected. APHON moved to their new management home on June 1, 2023. The APHON headquarters staff operate under the direction of the APHON Board and faithfully serve our community of members, chapters, chemotherapy/biotherapy certificate holders and other individuals who look to APHON for expertise in our nursing specialty. The APHON Executive Director and many of the staff are 100% dedicated to APHON whereas staff coming from specialty areas like accounting, event management and marketing may serve multiple clients which helps APHON better scale staff resources.
