Globally, nurses play an important role in healthcare NOW and in the FUTURE! Many issues impact our care at home and around the globe, issues such as the effect of climate change on health, ethical considerations in resource-limited settings, emerging infectious diseases, migrant health, healthcare access in developing countries, the role of nurses in disaster relief, workforce challenges, utilizing technology, global health policy and advocacy, and the importance of community engagement in global health initiatives. Have you faced any of these issues, either at home or somewhere outside of the USA? What were some strategies you used when confronted with any of these issues?
