Group Member Discount — For New APHON Members

The group membership discount opportunity provides a $20 discount on the first year of APHON membership. New members may join with their fellow pediatric hematology/oncology nursing colleagues throughout the US and high-income countries at a reduced rate when they assemble ten or more new nurses that qualify. New members joining at the Active membership level are eligible to join as part of a group.

Individuals that have never held membership in APHON are considered new members.

Assembled a group of 10 or more pediatric hematology/oncology nurses that qualify for the group discount? One person representing the group is required to complete the below application. Once received, our team will verify that each person qualifies for the group discount. Each person in the group will receive an e-mail providing instructions on registering online at the group discount rate.

Note: The below form is not a membership application. Completing the online registration and payment is required by each group member to receive the discount rate.
