Upon receiving your order confirmation, your order will immediately enter processing. On average, orders shipped within the United States are delivered within an average of (5) business days. Should you receive tracking information for your order, please reach out to the APHON Education Team: education@aphon.org with your name, APHON account email, and order confirmation number included in the body of your message and we will provide you with your FedEx tracking information.
APHON Books, Courses and Resources – Refund Policy
Once a book, course or any virtual or downloadable product is purchased from the Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses (APHON), all sales are final. APHON does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason, including, but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content or purchasing error.
APHON does not distribute its official books to third party vendors such as bookstores, online marketplaces or any outside vendors. Books can only be purchased directly from APHON.org or from your APHON verified course instructor
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please reach out to the APHON Education Team: education@aphon.org and a member of the team will work on a resolution.
