Learning Outcomes:

  1. Identify the main components of a yoga session/intervention

  2. List at least quality of life domains that may be improved through a yoga intervention. 

  3. Summarize the physical and emotional benefits that children and adolescents may experience through a yoga intervention.

Upon successful completion of this course, nurses will earn 1 NCPD. There are no pharmacology hours associated with this activity.
